Low Security Server Settings (should only be used in very RARE/EXTREME cases due to the security risks):

In a shared web hosting environment (where you share a web server with hundreds of other websites) - it is vital to have the highest possible security settings, so as to keep all sites on the server secure.

BUT, for a very select group of clients, security is not as important an issue as their particular server configuration needs... in these rare cases, we have kept one of our older machines around as a Low Security Server option.

The following is a short list of the low security options provided with the Low Security Server option:

FTP

• Anonymous FTP Logins: Enabled
• Anonymous FTP Upload: Enabled

E-MAIL

(non GOOGLE APPS accounts - see GOOGLE APPS documentation for specific information about GOOGLE APPS)

• The maximum each domain can send out per hour: 1,000
• You must use your ISP's outgoing SMTP to send E-Mail.
• You may NOT archive/store e-mail on our servers.
• You may NOT send SPAM.
• You may NOT forward e-mail OFF NETWORK (off network forwarding causes false positive spam complaints)
